Engineering, chemical and hydraulic industries require the production of different kinds of cut seals from simple washers to more complex gaskets. Their production may also be required for specific customer projects.

Each item is produced by die-cutting, shearing and cutting sheets of commercial or specially-produced rubber - having particular technical properties required by the specifications - that can be used in a variety of applications.

Punched seals of all shapes and sizes

AGED is able to provide sheared seals in a variety of shapes - and even extremely complex designs on customer request - in different types of elastomer or plastic such as:

Although based in Turin, the company is able to supply seals and other technical articles to companies nationwide.
These articles, produced using punching dies, are available in all types of solid and foam rubber and other shearable materials.
In order to optimise production processes, and therefore final costs, orders are accepted for large and small series of articles with dimensions up to 2000x1000 mm, worked by five-axis waterjet cutting and also for very thick plastics with dimensions up to 4000x2000 mm.
