Rubber moulding is an industrial process that allows technical articles to be manufactured for industrial use, where the techniques adopted depend on the type of article to be produced and the properties it must have.

On customer request, and working in collaboration together with them, AGED is able to design and manufacture technical articles in elastomer materials of any type and shape, using moulding techniques that include: 

• a press for vulcanised rubbers
• casting for polyurethanes or castable silicons

We are able to accept orders for both small and large quantities, as well as for very large-sized articles.

Our company, operating on a national basis, has customers from both large and small-sized companies from a variety of industrial sectors ranging from automotive, electronic, textile and hydraulic to the food and wine industries.

We supply standard or custom-made articles manufactured according to specific customer designs, that include: seals and fittings for pumps and hydraulic/sanitary systems, rollers and guards (also the specific types required by the food industry), sheets of varying thicknesses and sizes, valves and clamps for use in various industrial applications.

Every article is produced in compliance with the international standards that apply for the related sector.
