From its site in Turin, AGED operates over the whole of Italy and is able to supply an extremely  vast range of semi-worked articles in:

• the most widely-used technopolymers such as Nylon (polyamide 6, 66, 6G), POM (Delrin, acetal resin), PET (Arnite), PVC, PTFE (Teflon), Polyethylene, Polypropylene;
• last-generation technopolymers having exceptional technical properties and resistance at extremely high temperatures such as: PEEK, PPS, PSU (Polysulfone), Polyimides, etc.

In the same materials we are also able to supply finished products in any size and shape, worked using numerically-controlled machine tools.

Series production in all dimensions

Finished articles can be produced in small, large and very large series, while article dimensions can be   small or large: with maximum diameters up to 1500 and lengths up to 3 meters.
Workings consist of turning, using also large diameter vertical turners, numerically-controlled milling, 5-axis machining centres and 5-axis waterjet cutting etc.

AGED works methacrylate (plexiglass) to produce furnishings and other articles such as display cabinets, and polycarbonate (Lexan) to produce screens, coverings, unbreakable panels, unbreakable transparent protections.
